Diamonds by Day at South Coast Plaza
10.28.26
Jessica McCormack, the London-based jewelry house known for its vintage-meets-modern aesthetic, has opened its first West Coast boutique at South Coast Plaza. The 1,600-square-foot space brings the brand’s signature style to Costa Mesa with antique furniture, contemporary art and collected treasures.
McCormack designs diamond jewelry for the modern woman, creating heirlooms meant for future generations. The boutique reflects the relaxed elegance of the brand’s London shops, with a curated mix of art, antiques and objets alongside the full jewelry collection. The setting invites clients to explore the pieces in a space that feels both refined and intimate.
As with every Jessica McCormack store, the interior takes its cues from the brand’s original Victorian flagship in Mayfair, London. Look for a Porthmeor piece by British artist Wilhelmina Barns-Graham. The hand-printed Mauny wallpaper draws on 18th- and 19th-century historical revivals, and the fabrics are by Pierre Frey and Lee Jofa.
The boutique showcases McCormack’s signature Day Diamonds, from exclusive one-of-a-kind pieces to new collections. McCormack, the brand’s founder, said wearability has always been central to her designs, which are meant for everyday wear rather than special occasions. She said Californians instinctively dress that way, with an effortless quality she has long admired, which makes the region the ideal home for Day Diamonds.
The South Coast Plaza boutique is the brand’s fourth standalone location, joining the London flagship, a second London store and the New York City flagship. The brand also has a space at Harrods in London.
